Working Effectively With Others

This workshop has been designed for people who would like to work effectively as a team in a positive work environment. Through exercises and activities participants will explore topics including: understanding and appreciating different working styles, communicating effectively and demonstrating appropriate interpersonal skills.

In addition to reflecting on personal styles in the workplace, participants will use generational theory to think about how people interact with each other, expectations of co-workers, and how people manage conflict.
